Holy Ghost Fire, The Cry of the True Christian Believer

The church and world today are suffering from a horrible problem. They have lost their way. They seem to not know what sin is or what truth is. What God condemns and what the constitution and Bible stands for, they do not know. They call good evil and evil good. They are affirming things that God hates and the Constitution calls illegal. They condemn things that God affirms, and the Constitution says is right. The church, which was birthed by the Holy Spirit and His Holy Spirit power, has now become more of a social organization and place of physical entertainment than it is a hospital for sinners. Our Government has become a cesspool of Socialist and Communist ideology. Churches have become places with motivational speakers and bold liars more than a place where preachers are so full of God and His anointing, doing what is legally and morally right. Churches no longer are places where lives are totally changed, and people are delivered to be able to obediently follow their God given dreams. Their identity has been lost, justice and faith watered down. Jesus said while here on the earth, “When I return will I find faith on the earth?” St. Luke 18: 8. He could have also said will he find Godly morality.  It is true there are many faiths on the earth: Buddhist faith, Muslim faith, Communist faith, yet the Bible is referring to “contending for the faith that was once delivered to the Saints,” vivacious, Christian faith.   St. Jude 1:3. Patriotic People are crying out for justice and representatives who will both honor and follow the laws of the land and pass legislation that is legally, morally and Biblically correct.

Jesus said, “Upon This Rock I will build my church and the gates of Hell shall not prevail against it.” St Matthew 16: 18. This is also the Rock that countries have been built upon as well. Jesus Christ is building His church and your country upon the rock of revelation, not sinful people that are morally and mentally corrupt. He is looking for those who are under the leadership and anointing of the Holy Spirit. The revelation which He unfolds to us builds our lives and our country, “line upon line and precept upon precept.” Isaiah 28:10. “He will guide us into all truth” St. John 16:13 and “He will convince the world of sin, righteousness and judgment to come.” St, John 16:8. Without this there is no direction, morality, truth or Godly motivation and power to live the life Christ Jesus and our Founding Fathers gave to us.

Many churches and government representatives have no vision, or direction, motivation, or power to do what is right. They function as social clubs not a House of Prayer or Worship in Spirit and truth, nor take the helm to direct our countries on the right course. Those two things Jesus said were His church. He said, “My house shall be called THE House of Prayer.” St. Matthew 21:13. It did not say “a” house of prayer but rather “The” House of Prayer.  Jesus also said, “The Father seeks such to worship Him in Spirit and Truth.” St. John 4:23. For many churches prayer is not taught nor practiced. Prayer is rather insignificant and of little or no importance. Also, many government representatives do not even know the true and living God, so they pray to anything they call god, even Satan, or any other idolatrous gods. They have lost touch with truth and so as their god is, so is the deception they cling to. Neither ministers, regardless of their title, nor politicians, regardless of their position, are called into account for their actions and legislation.  They are neither removed nor held accountable for their actions and wrongdoing. Consequently, things keep descending into chaos and unbelief. The people they lead become as corrupt, immoral, and unbelieving as they are. The church and our countries continue to wander in the wilderness not knowing from whence they came, nor knowing where they are going. Esau sold his birthright for a bowl of beans, for he saw no reason or benefit his birthright would profit him. People have lost the worth and value it is to be a citizen of your country or a true believer in Jesus Christ. God hated Esau for losing the preciousness of being the first born in his family and thus the physical and spiritual leader of his family. Malachi:1:3. His choice opened up his life to take foreign wives and worship their gods. Like Esau, many of your country’s leaders have done the same.  Like Esau, the church and political officials are selling their birthrights of what they could be and doing what God wants them to do. They see no profitable benefit for them to obey the will, purpose and plan of God for the people.

The church and countries’ governments are becoming like the surfer that is in the water but just sitting on their surfboard, going nowhere. They are waiting for something that they hope will come and make things better. But the professional surfer studies the ocean as religious leaders and government representatives fail to do. Is the movement and progression producing the movement and energy needed to take the church and country in the direction needed for freedom, prosperity, national and spiritual destiny to be fulfilled. True surfers can sense the movement of the waves before they even appear on the horizon and stroke the water to position their surf boards and themselves where this huge wave will come. They may swim through other waves and let them pass by for they are not the ones they want to catch.  Not just any wave will do.  They want to catch that one, the big one that they sense and know is coming. We must become sensitive, whether church or legislators, to the ways of the Holy Spirit, their country and the world’s progression of movement that will prevent calamity. Both church and government will remain and become the “Spearpoint and Cutting Edge” of what brings forth a Nation’s and Churches’ Greatness. It is imperative we do not enter into just any activity or political fad that is occurring in a church revival movement or society’s desired social action. We must want to catch the one of the Holy Spirit, which is big and long lasting. One that is life transforming and yes, even society changing. God is going to touch and transform areas of one’s life and society which has not been touched or changed prior.

This wave of the Spirit is going to sweep you through the veil of your flesh and into the Holy of Holies, into the very tangible presence of God.  I have heard pastors say they are afraid to go into God’s Presence for they do not know what they will be like when they come out. They do not know what God is going to do in them, they do not realize they will go into His presence in one anointing God had placed on them but will come out in a new “kingly anointing” and more like Jesus.

Why do people go to churches that have lost their way nd avoid churches which are alive in the Spirit of God?  It is very clear as is explained in Genesis 3:7-10. “The eyes of both, Adam and Eve, were opened and they knew they were naked. They sewed fig leaves together and made themselves aprons.  They heard the voice of the Lord God in the garden in the cool of the day.  Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God among the trees of the garden.  The Lord God called to Adam and said to him, “Where are you?” Adam replied, “I heard your voice, and I was afraid because I was naked, and I hid myself.”  When people hear the anointed Word of God and experience His presence, they are uncomfortable and are afraid because everything about them is exposed.  They are spiritually naked before God and His Word. They try to cover up their nakedness and sin before Him, but they are unable to do so. They must acknowledge it and deal with it face to face with God.  In order for them to hide their sin and not hear the voice of God saying, “Where are you?” nor experience His presence which brings conviction, they use their “fig leaves.” They cover their nakedness and hide in a big church which has motivational speakers and no powerful presence of God. They also hide in churches.

They do not accept the Word of God, the Bible, as the authority of rule and life. They look for one that is socially and politically accepted.  That is a social club and can not be called a church, for God is negated.  They accept a pagan god that has no power over their lives or power to convict them of their sin and corruption. Like the prophet Nehemiah we must rebuild our walls of faith and morality in God that has been brought to ruin. We have to keep out of our lives, churches and society everything that can pervert or corrupt them. No longer will they be able to change them as they desire.  The gates open and close to keep out what should not be allowed to enter in that pervert what God has revealed. I was recently told in one African country “When a politician or person comes and tries to introduce something that is against the will and plan of God, that person dies. Why? Because that is the way they pray.”

The third thing Nehemiah rebuilt was the watchtowers. These were places in the wall that were higher than the wall itself. It was a place where a person could look out over the countryside and observe any danger or enemy which might be coming. The city within the wall would then be warned and arouse itself for the eminent battle that was coming. This we must do spiritually, also.

We must become “hungry” for the very presence of God and be changed by the anointing and power of God. The Prophet Isaiah, in the Bible states, that he was changed into another man. Theologians think perhaps there were three Isaiah’s because of how he and his message had changed. This they say because they do not understand the depth God is able to change a person and the message he carries. Actually, there was one Prophet Isaiah, but three messages to change the Nation and himself.

As the walls of faith have been destroyed, so has the faith of those who dwell inside those walls. As the faith has been changed and destroyed, so are the powerful presence of God and the anointing of the Holy Spirit that dwells in the believer. Apathy and lethargy settle in, and the religious form takes over. The desire for the deep and powerful things of God wanes and people seem to be satisfied with the “status quo.”  This is a very poor picture of what the church of the Living God is to look like.  This must change, but for this change to happen, people must grow so tired of “the same old, same old,” that they begin to cry out to God for not only a change or revival but for a total “awakening”. People begin to cry out for not only a move of God but for His very presence to be manifest in them. An intense spiritual “hunger” must arise in them. One that is so strong that they are not going to be satisfied with things as they have been, and they refuse to remain as they are. God’s active, viable and tangible presence must be there. Crying out to God without this hunger will not change anything. A deep heart felt and spirit cry to God for change is required.

I was a part of the charismatic movement which brought many people not only into the Kingdom of God and salvation but also which baptized many with the Holy Spirit with spiritual gifts manifested. Prayer was intense because many people were praying. We would pray before services, lay hands on those who were to sing and minister in the service and then after the service, praise God for what He did.  Often, we would gather through the week to pray and allow the Holy Spirit to move in and upon His children with the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Time was unimportant. Hours seemed like minutes. It was as if we were “lost” in the presence of God.

Pastors and men of the community would gather for a word of God and then pray, church denominations did not matter. We were one and God’s love was manifest in the lives of these men. Women were doing the same thing. People were coming into one accord, not concerned with personal agendas. It was the presence of the Holy Spirit that was desired and what mattered. Through this, new churches were raised up and people were entering into their personal ministry.  People were becoming pastors while others were becoming overseas missionaries. The spiritual hunger kept growing and awesome signs, wonders and miracles were occurring. It was an awesome time after this “move of God” was birthed. Like so many other things of God, people forgot how to carry the anointing. The prayers became less intense and not as much of it. People began to assume His presence would just be there since it always had in the past, but to everyone’s surprise it all waned. Why did this happen? People became complacent, and presumptuous. God’s presence and anointing was just happening. It waned, but people, though often disappointed, accepted it as, “That is just the way it is.” People began to coast back into their traditional churches as they had been prior. They were still filled with the Holy Spirit, but they lost the “fire” they once had for God. As Leviticus 6: 12, 13 says, “Don’t let the fire go out on the altar.”  For a lot of people, their fire went out on their altars before God quite a while ago. They like the surfer, were spiritually drifting in their spiritual service and previous successes. I have heard the Lord say, “Why are you looking for the living among the dead?” Revival is not what is needed but rather a resurrection, a total spiritual awakening. In the Book of Ezekiel 37: 1-14, talks about a valley of dry bones and the Lord asks the Prophet, “Can these dry bones live again?” The Prophet did not presume to know, but he knew that God knew. Then, God told him to prophecy to those dry bones. The dry bones of people and churches do not need just a good message about the Bible or even of the Lord. What it needs is God’s voice prophetically coming through His apostles and prophets with God’s tangible presence. Can our dry bones live again? Only God knows, but for those bones, flesh and sinew came on them and breath came back into them causing them to stand on their feet. It was a great army. Let’s pray for that to happen today in your church, community and country.

Today, we need a real tangible move of God’s presence and power, but only He knows if people have enough spiritual hunger to make it happen. Do you see people aggressively pursuing the presence and activity of the Holy Spirit? Are they crying out in prayer for God? Are they weeping over their sins and the sins of the people in the world around them? Are they crying out for the mercy of God? How about you? Are you weeping and deeply repenting of the sins of your forefathers? Are you repenting of your deep unrepented sin in your life, the ones you do not really want to let go of, and ones you desire no one else to know about?

How about you? Are you content with things as they are? Have you been lulled to sleep spiritually? Have you been going through religious form or tradition, even times of revival, but lacking the abiding power and presence of God or passion for him? Well, today is the day of God’s salvation and now is the accepted time. If you have any hunger at all for the things of God, cry out to God to increase that hunger. Pray that it will not only increase in you but also in all the people around you. Do not be content until this move of the Spirit of God is raging like a fire in you, to ignite the entire area around you with the active presence of God. You can become a firebrand for the Lord, going from place-to-place igniting revival and awakening flames which will burst into a raging fire of the Spirit of God. God is looking for people like you to be that flame.

Can he count on you? Many are saying, “These are the days of Elijah,” while others are crying out in frustration, “Where are the Elijahs’ of God?”

Where are those individuals that will confront all the falseness and idolatry of the people in society and in God’s Church, turning them back to God. This will not occur with religious programs, or festivals, but by the fire and power of Almighty God and proclamation of the truths of the Bible not just doctrinal Theological positions. It wasn’t the religious form that caused the children of Israel to fall on their face and proclaim, “The Lord He Is God”, “The Lord He is God.” They were convinced when the fire and power of God fell on the sacrifice that Elijah offered to God. These are the Elijahs God is looking for and His heart is crying out for. He wants Elijahs’ which have His heart.

In days of crisis, we need to abandon ourselves, our lives, and possessions to God.  We need the restoration of what we have lost of God. What have we allowed into our lives that has opened the door for these crises to come in the first place. Being diverted from God’s desired task and path of life is what they tried with Nehemiah. As it is today people continually were bringing false reports about him. They were saying why was he rebuilding Jerusalem, and why he was bringing divine order into society? Order was brought not only in Jerusalem, but even the surrounding towns and their people. The false reports that were brought against him were accusations that reflect what his accusers would have done, if they were in his place. He had to fight jealousy, even messages from false prophets, to destroy his character, reputation, and the plans they desired, which would provide for his destruction. None of those things moved him. He knew he was doing a good thing with God’s help and was not going to be diverted. So must we be focused on the plans and purposes of God without allowing ourselves to be diverted by backslidden, compromised church people and corrupt society.

In Jesus’ life, people wanted to make Him a king of their country, but He would not allow them. He said that He “must be about His Father’s business and finish His work.”   In 2 Timothy 2: 3, 4, it says, “You, therefore, endure hardness as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No person that wars entangle themselves with the affairs of this life: that they may please Him who has chosen them to be a soldier.” Rebuilding the walls of faith and bringing forth an awakening of God’s people with the power of God’s presence is not a part time venture. It will not happen by giving God a person’s leftovers of time, energies, prayers, service and even giving. Like an old poker player with a winning hand, he puts everything in the pot. So, it is with the child of God who has a divine call in their life and an intense hunger for a real move of God. Their focus is not in playing church as it was prior. Today is a day God has slowed things down so you can refocus on the things of God and bring your life in line with your destiny. It is not just a time to collect things and resources which will make your life more comfortable, or you enjoy more fun times. Now is the time, for the bringing forth of God’s plans and purposes to completion, in your life and the world. Help fulfill Psalm 24:1.

The early church prayed and fasted and studied the Scriptures. After having prayed they laid hands on followers and imparted divine power of the Holy Spirit to accomplish what God had revealed to them.  This they did and had some minister to the widows and orphans, while others were sent into areas and even among other ethnic people groups for the preaching of the Gospel. Others took offerings, food, and items to meet people’s needs.  Upon completion they returned to those who sent them out and gave a report of what had happened. This was now their life in God, not the way of society or culture or personal pleasure, but the way of God.

When Jesus called his disciples, they left their businesses and employment and followed him. For some this even was a separation from their family to fulfill their divine purpose whether training, as it was for his disciples, or for ministry as it was later until the time Jesus ascended. Jesus even told one concerning a dead relative. “Let the dead bury the dead.” This was not heartless but showed the absolute importance of the task that was before them. He directed them on what to do. They were to wait on the Holy Spirit, which would empower them and lead them into all truth. This they did and their entire lives were changed, and destiny made clear. The results: the world was turned upside down.

There is a prayer from one’s comfort zone that people pray which is usually for something they need or would like to see happen. This type of prayer may even manifest the very presence of God and excite and thrill them but does not stir them to full surrender. This I call the prayer of convenience.

Another form of prayer is when a person is going on a missionary journey and usually desires a move of God’s Spirit on the people they are to minister too, but seldom is a stirring of their heart for God and those people. Perhaps they were to commit their life to God and those people.  Often the prayer is so, they can come back home with a testimony of what they did and how they were used. It may or may not Glorify God. It may just inflate their ego.

The third prayer type breaks the person’s heart for the people they were sent to, or the field of harvest God sent them to. They come home changed if they come home at all.  They continually think of them, pray for them, weep for them. They give to them, communicate with them, they long for them. Their emotions are never complete until they find themselves living among them. Few people pray or serve God on this level. Many pastors don’t even live on that level when they pastor a local church. Prayer on that level is not seeking a mission board to send them. Nor is it just for a paycheck and benefits. They will raise their own resources. They are there because the Hand of God is upon their lives. Their destiny is God’s plan and purpose for their lives. “It is a faithful saying, for if we be dead with Him, we shall also live with Him. If we suffer, we shall also reign with Him. If we deny Him, He will also deny us.” 2 Timothy 2: 11, 12.

“You are worthy, Oh Lord, to receive glory and honor and power, for you have created all things. For your pleasure they are and were created.” Revelation 4:11. We were created for His good pleasure, not our plans and comfortable lifestyle. As this verse says, first of all, “you are”, you exist, you are alive. Our purpose, our reason for being, is secondly, “for His pleasure, we were and are created.” -Revelation 4:11.

This level of prayer and life requires a person to be “dead to self” but alive to God. Galatians 2:20 makes it quite clear, “,….I am crucified with Christ, nevertheless I live, yet not I but Christ lives in me. The life I now live, I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”

Right NOW, whether it be lock in, crisis or pandemic, the need is seen and obvious. What will happen depends largely on what you do to destroy the plans, purposes and desires of Satan, and the new world order. God is calling His Elijah’s to arise and confront the nations who are in sin and rebellion against God. He is looking for people who will die to themselves and their desires. This enables them to be empowered by God, to destroy all the works of the evil one. He is looking for Godly spiritual soldiers to wage war in the Heavenlies and carry out his purposes on the earth.  People are needed who will do it as a lifestyle and not as a past time. These People will do it whole heartedly. He is looking for declarers of reconciliation to God, for the lost and dying, of this world. Godly people who are Holy, Ambassadors of God, who will not stand in the restrictions of man, but the power and authority of Heaven. He is looking for spiritual soldiers, people who will cause the kingdoms of man to become the Kingdom of our God and of His Christ. A poster for U.S.A. military, is the photo of Uncle Sam, saying, “Uncle Sam wants you.” Many are answering that call. But this is a louder call, it is a cry from Heaven saying, “Who has believed our report and who will go for Us?”

Do you believe? Will you go? Isaiah the Prophet heard the cry of the Lord and said, “Here am I Lord, send me.”  To this response God answered, “Go and tell this people, “You indeed hear, but you do not understand. You indeed see but you do not perceive. Make their heart fat, make their ears hard of hearing. Shut their eyes, lest they see with their eyes and hear with their ears and understand with their heart and convert and be healed.”  Then, Isaiah asked, “How long do I do this?” God said, “Do it until cities are destroyed without inhabitants and their houses without people and the land be utterly destroyed.” Isaiah 6:8-11.

This is the heartbeat and cry of our Heavenly Father, but you won’t hear it until you remove the dead things in your life.  These dead things prevent you from seeing and hearing what is happening in Heaven. In the Book of Revelation, the Angel told John to come up higher. This he could do because he was in the spirit and could hear and was caught up to see and hear things he could not in a lower place. If he had not dealt with his “dead things,” he would not have heard the voice. How many times has God said to you, “Come up higher,” but you did not? Why, because you did not hear Him.   The “dead things” in your life have blocked His voice and your vision. God is calling you, to your “High Calling” not just your calling. The “High Calling” envelops you in the things of Heaven, the things you read about but never encounter or experience. You must see yourself as you are, with the hidden sins, fleshly compromises and half hearted commitments.  You must see people as they really are and truly, deeply, and sincerely repent for yourself and them. This will open to you the depths of the Spirit of God and His Kingdom. You will hear the voice of God more often and more clearly. No longer will you think the voice of your human spirit to be the voice of God. Stop prophesying from your human spirit or even the voice of the devil or your fleshly desire which you ignorantly thought to be the voice of God. Get used to hearing God’s voice. Learn how to be able to correctly discern it. Study intensely the Bible so you can discern the words you receive, which is God, and which is not. People seldom judge prophecy because they are not spiritual enough to do so, yet the Bible says to judge prophecy and even tongues and interpretation. That is why prophecy and tongues messages are so lightly considered. People do not have confidence in them. They become mere words and virtually without substance.  People rely more on a person called a prophet, which may or may not be one, more than on the words they speak. That will not do in this day, and it didn’t in the Old Testament or the early church either.  That is why we must know the true voice of God. There are many voices out there to bring an unclear sound or word into your spirit. After you become more assured of the clarity of the word you are receiving, that it truly is from God, a confidence in what you hear allows you to speak that word knowing it is a true word from God. A person then, not only hears the Word of God and correctly knows the voice of God, but he can also become the voice of God for the people of God.

Is this starting to build a spiritual hunger in you? This is just part of one gift, there are another eight and a half left. (I only shared about half of the gift of prophecy). There is so much spiritual truths and manifestations people are ignorant of and yet they expect to be used in the gifts of the Spirit but have no clue how to. They have no idea how these gifts function. Ignorance is not bliss; it produces a weird church and often their people are referred to as weird. This needs to cease. The Army of God is not going to be ignorant of spiritual things, but rather as a surgeon’s scalpel, sharp, rightly dividing soul and spirit, bone and morrow and thought and intent of one’s heart. Hebrews 4:12. A serious spiritual boot camp is needed to make the “spiritual players” become intense warriors. Now, (a point in time and point of faith) it is time to form ranks and step into the Army of God. It is time to be trained in areas of the Spirit which you know you are ignorant of. Spend time in the study of the Bible, not just for the content of the printed page but read it by the Spirit. Asking it questions and allowing the Holy Spirit to teach you how to read it spiritually. There is more to learn between the lines than just what is printed on the page. Don’t spend your life reading books about the book or the experience of the spirit life. That is drinking milk, you are ingesting what someone else has experienced of God but, it does not mean you will. Get off the milk and begin eating the meat of the Word and Spirit. Hebrews has a real admonition you need to read yourself; it is Hebrews 5: 11-14 and chapter 6:1-6 KJV, in order to tell which is God and which is not. Please read this from the King James Version. It may read differently in other translations, but what it says in these verses in the KJV explains what I am saying. We are no longer the church assembled. We are now the Army of God deployed, preparing for spiritual battles but first we must be trained. In World War 2, when the American troops arrived in England, after they had been trained in Boot Camp and in Advanced Infantry Regiment, were further trained before hitting Normandy’s beaches. Marines who had been fighting in Guadalcanal were taken to another area and further trained even though they were already experienced combat troops. They had been fighting a jungle warfare but now had to be trained to fight a different kind of war requiring a different mindset and what they were to experience on Iwo Jima. Neither the previous battles nor previous training was going to help them there, fighting a virtually invisible enemy. This is the battle we are fighting. It is different, deceptive, giving improper and incorrect information in an attempt to misguide the Army of God. But like the Japanese on Iwo Jima, they knew they were to fight, though they were ill supplied, with no air support or naval cover.  Many of the Japanese were physically sick. Their mission was fight to the death and they knew from the start they were not going to win, they were going to kill and injure as many as they could before they all died, even their officers and best troops. We are the conquering Army of God which is being deployed for the eternal work of His Majesty, King Jesus Christ, into all the Land of the Living. Jesus saw to it that though the battle may rage, the victory is assured. Not a battle to be won but victory to be reminded of. We are God’s occupation forces; He told us to” occupy until He returns.” St. Luke 19:11-27. At the close of World War II, allied troops, the occupying forces, had to keep in their mind that Germany, Italy, and Japan were already defeated. The warfare the Allies had fought had come to an end. They were there to establish governments and maintain order in those countries and see to it that no military power would rise up again. It is the same for us today. “And having spoiled principalities and powers, He (Jesus) made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it.”- Colossians 2: 15.  The scenario here is a contrast of how the Roman Empire treated countries and their people after they conquered them. They would bring them home to Rome naked, chained together as slaves, feet and hands chained. They were then paraded down the streets and into the court yards of the emperor of Rome, to their utter humiliation, disgrace, and embarrassment. They were the conquered people.

Let that picture sink deep into your mind and soul. Satan’s Kingdom is not a conquered Roman country, but it is a conquered kingdom. Satan’s Kingdom was ground to powder by the Lord Jesus Christ. Think of it, all his kingdom chained, defeated, and led naked down the arena of heaven, totally humiliating Satan and his principalities and powers. This brought immense shame and humiliation to them all. This is the scenario God calls us to occupy until Jesus returns. The battle is over, the victory has been won and now we are to bring divine order into the conquered lands and keep the peace of God. It is so hard to see this as we have been taught that the battle was ours and we had to win it, but in reality, the battle has been won and is the Lord’s, but the victory is ours. Isaiah 42: 13, 14, states, “The Lord shall go forth as a “Mighty Man of War”. He will stir up jealousy like a man of war. He shall prevail against his enemies. I have for a long time held my peace. I have been still and refrained myself. Now, will I cry like a travailing woman. I will destroy and devour at once.” It is difficult to see Jesus as a man of war, since all we have heard about him has been the Lamb of God and Love. But He is a culmination of King David and King Solomon. King David was a man of war and King Solomon was a King of wealth, wisdom and His kingdom was ruled in peace. Jesus is both wrapped up in one. His disciples said that “though we knew him after the flesh, yet now, know we Him no more.” -2 Corinthians 5:15, 16.  He is no more a Lamb, but rather a reigning King and Man of War, as he exemplifies in His triumphant return in the Book of Revelation 19:11-18. Even though an army followed Him, He destroyed His enemies by the two-edged sword that came out of his mouth, which is the Word of God. We, like His disciples, know Him as the Lamb of God, but now we must learn Him as a Man of War and reigning King. We must learn that our spoken words of the Word of God have the same power and effect as the two-edged sword which shall come out of Jesus’ mouth at the end of the age. “. The Spirit of the Lord came in the midst of the congregation.  He said, Hearken ye, all inhabitants of Jerusalem and King Jehoshaphat”. “Thus says the Lord unto you. Be not afraid, nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude: for the battle is not yours, but God’s.” -2 Chronicles 20: 14-22.  Even though Satan and his forces are defeated, we are admonished to be alert to Satan’s ways and cunning devices, because we are God’s Heavenly Occupation Force, “Give no place to the devil”. -Ephesians 4:27.

Remember always, whether in a group or alone, “No weapon that is formed against you shall prosper and every tongue that shall rise up against you in judgment, you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord and their righteousness is of me, says the Lord.” –Isaiah 54:17.

Occupation is a time of establishing the governments decreed by the reigning Power which corrects, both the people, the governments, and the countries, which have been utterly defeated. Often the existing governments have areas which function as they had before they were defeated. These areas must be dismantled for they are fortified positions, still under control of the ways of the defeated regime. These are referred to as strongholds and these areas need disassembled and brought into divine order.  “For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God, to the pulling down of strongholds.  Casting down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God.  Bring into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. II Corinthians 10: 3-6.

An admonishment is there, “Do you look on things after the outward appearance?” -2 Corinthians 10: 7a.  Well, if you tend to do that, stop it.  Walk in the Spirit and truly know what you are dealing with, and what you are doing. Stop acting upon what things appear to be on the outward appearance, but what they truly are revealed by having discerned the matter.

With every occupation force there are Ambassadors who tell and present the inhabitants of the land what the rules or rights are. Psalm 24: 1 states, “The earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof, the world and all that dwell therein.”  Take this into perspective of the Gospel.  Jesus died to save the whole world and He owns the entire world and all the inhabitants that are in it. The ALL is all inclusive. Not only are the redeemed His but even those who have yet to be redeemed. All the redeemed regardless of their denominational affiliation are your brothers and sisters, whether you know them or not.  But so are those that have not accepted Christ, yet they are your brothers and sisters, though they may be dwelling under Satan’s control.  In many of our families the children were raised with the same rules, and morals, but when they came of age, some seemed to go their own ways and not continue in the ways, morals, etc, that they were raised with.  They are still part of your family. Sometimes we consider them the “black sheep” of our family.  Though the lifestyles are different, they are still part of the family.  That is the way the inhabitants of this world are: brothers and sisters who have chosen to go in a different path follow another god or their fleshly desires.  As an occupation force and Ambassadors of God, we have a ministry of reconciliation, for those family members who know not Christ.  The apostle said, “Therefore, knowing the terror of the Lord, I persuade men.” When you have experienced the forgiveness of God, you have enjoyed the love and acceptance of God. But the unsaved have experienced quite a different side of God, but we hold the “ key” for them all. The entire world and its inhabitants belong to God.  They are His and we are blessed to speak to them about being restored to God as the prodigal son did with his father.  We get to tell them that our Heavenly Father keeps looking out the door waiting for the day that He will see them coming home to His loving arms and accepting heart.  No matter what they have done He has paid the price for them to be able to come home.  Their elder brother took their sins and its punishment and died in their place so they can go to their Heavenly Father and feel His loving embrace and acceptance. As the prodigal son’s father said, rejoicing, “My son that was dead is now alive, he who was lost has been found.” That makes you want to rejoice, shout and dance about. Your brother, that you may have never seen or known before, is now safely home. We boldly proclaim, “Welcome Home Brother”, and throw our arms around them with a good, strong, loving, embrace. It may be one they may never have had before, but one they really need, right now.  All this is not dependent on how they look, or smell, or live; what they possess or don’t possess, they are our brother or sister. They have been found.  Praise God!!

Genesis 12:2, 3 states, “I will make of you a great nation.  I will bless you and make your name great.  You shall be a blessing.  I will bless them that bless you and curse those who curse you. IN YOU SHALL ALL THE FAMILIES OF THE EARTH BE BLESSED.”  Do you notice how many times these two verses say I WILL? That is God’s divine activity. Then He Says, the one’s who bless you, I will bless. What a beautiful conclusion: IN YOU SHALL ALL THE FAMILIES OF THE EARTH BE BLESSED.” When someone says to you, “Who do you think you are, God’s gift to the world?” You can look at them with a smile and say, “Well as a matter of fact I am.  I am so glad you noticed it.”

Are you interested? Are you truly committed?  If so, then join the ranks and prepare for spiritual war and reconciliation of those who are lost in this world; the weak, the oppressed, the sick, the possessed, to be made whole and restored by bringing them home to their Heavenly Father, God Almighty.

COME ON HOME, BROTHER AND SISTER. YOUR FATHER IS LOOKING FOR YOU!!  LET’S HAVE A WELCOME HOME CELEBRATION!!
