The State of Andhra Pradesh in the Nation of India is called the “eye” of India. The entire country looks to Andhra Pradesh for “new” ideologies, technologies and insights which will plunge the Nation into the twenty-first century advancements. Change, is essential for progress and growth, as well as spiritual growth to take place in an individual or Nation.

Change, in a strongly religious country, is normally opposed. Ways are established which are concepts which become religious dogma to hold people in their place and thwart progress and change. That is what is so inviting to the School of Ministry in India. In Andhra Pradesh change is expected to occur, with it the “eye” of the nation being opened. Freedom from bondage, fear, religion, and all their trappings is what the Kingdom of God is all about. Not religion with its rituals, but a relationship with the Son of the Living God, the Lord Jesus Christ! Thus allowing the Nation and it people to become all they can be in the fullness of their potential.

Equipping for Ministry

“My People perish for a lack of knowledge, and without a vision the people perish.”

Impartation, of knowledge and information, to not only the hearer of the Word but also to release an anointing of the Holy Spirit on the worker as well.

Those in ministry must not only be trained, but also anointed. People are longing for the manifest Presence of God. Another song or sermon is not what people’s souls are crying out for, but rather to come into an atmosphere where God’s Presence is tangible, refreshing, and life changing.

Equipping the ministry is a work of the Holy Spirit, not a textbook or lecture. Each have their place, but without the anointing of the Holy Spirit the training is fruitless and frustrating, both to the minister, as well as the people to whom they minister.

Training Believers

“Go ye therefore and teach all nations teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you…” St Matthew 28:19a, 20a

Training is so important for it goes beyond teaching. Teaching, so often, is held in a relatively sterile environment, “the classroom”. Training takes the materials, subjects and information that has been taught and goes into the practical expression of life. Through teaching one can become very informed about a subject of the attributes of the “Spirit Life”, but unable to manifest it for practical living.

The Bible says, “if you have the Spirit, walk in the Spirit.” This is accomplished by putting all that has been taught and all training into life changing, soul transforming and mind renewing action for everyday life.

Ministry is not something you do, but rather what you are. Those who minister in the name of Jesus Christ know where we have come from. For we have been touched and converted by the Blood of Jesus Christ for his purposes. Our lives are no longer governed by the destructive actions and reactions of our sinful choices. Because we have become “the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus,” in whom we remain and on whom we rely. We are all connected in the Lord, and depend on each other for His plans and purposes to be fulfilled.
